The first stage in the Berlin based agency’s reorientation was kicked-off with a workshop held at the new premises in the middle of March, to discuss new ways of cooperation. Using the Disney method, creatives brainstormed about the future of the agency. As a result, teams will be formed according to the needs of each project and will collaborate in variable work spaces. Some of the office area will be used on a per project basis by team neusta, making it easier for Grafenstein and team neusta to work together on highly complex assignments in Berlin.
The new location in Tempelhof is as green as Zehlendorf, but much more central. Previously, you had to walk a fair distance to find some green space, but as of April, right across the street, we have one of the largest parks and currently most exciting places in Berlin: the Tempelhof airport, now called Tempelhofer Freiheit (Tempelhof Freedom), which is no longer only used for air traffic, but by all Berliners. The former runways are a playground for young and old, rollerbladers, joggers, dogs and their owners; a free, open space for urban guerillas as well as law-abiding citizens. There is plenty of room for flying kites, barbecuing, sunbathing, hanging out, playing sports, in short: for being human.
