For visitBerlin, Grafenstein created a particularly individual and personalised eLearning session which fits Berlin’s young and dynamic image. The training session was created with the help of TYPO3, but other Content Management Systems such as Redaxo can also be used. Even with a small budget it is possible to create your own eLearning session and to develop it so that it fits your budget. The value-for-money alternatives are therefore also suitable for destinations for which there aren’t a lot of resources available. Based on our own travel agent database, with our help, per year, you have the opportunity to generate 600-800 participants, who have already registered. That equates to a price of just 15 Euros per participant, who will be able to sell your destination competently and successfully by the end of the session.
On behalf of the working community of Latin America, Grafenstein has now relaunched the eLearning sessions ARGE Latin America on WordPress. Instructive texts could also be updated because of the experience that Grafenstein has been able to gather since 2005 by developing online training sessions for the Malta Tourism Authority, which made them a finalist at the European eLearning Award EuroLea.
